Job Overview

We are hiring a Production Welder to join our team manufacturing cattle gates and livestock equipment using thin gauge steel. This is a fast-paced production environment where consistency, quality welds, and attention to detail are key.

Ideal candidates will have experience welding lighter materials and be comfortable working on repetitive production lines while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on thin gauge steel components
Assemble and weld cattle gates, panels, and related products
Follow jigs, fixtures, and production drawings to ensure accuracy
Maintain consistent weld quality and appearance across high-volume runs
Inspect finished products for defects and structural integrity
Grind, clean, and finish welds as needed
Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
Qualifications
Experience with MIG welding on thin gauge steel required
Ability to control heat and avoid burn-through/warping
Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced production setting
Ability to read basic shop drawings and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in agricultural equipment or gate manufacturing
Familiarity with jigs and fixture-based production welding
Basic fabrication skills
