Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lattice Boom Crane Operator to run a Kobelco CK1100G-2 on active construction sites, primarily performing tilt-wall panel picks and setting. This role requires precision, strong communication, and a deep understanding of load charts and crane dynamics during rotating picks.

Key Responsibilities
Operate lattice boom crawler crane (Kobelco CK1100G-2) safely and efficiently
Perform tilt-wall panel picks and placements
Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and rigging configurations
Work closely with riggers and signal personnel during critical lifts
Maintain full awareness of radius changes and load shifts during panel rotation
Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Ensure compliance with all site safety and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience operating lattice boom crawler cranes (100-ton class preferred)
Strong experience with tilt-up / tilt-wall construction
Current NCCCO Certification (LAT) required
Ability to read load charts and understand crane capacity limits
Experience working with multi-point rigging and spreader bars
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience operating Kobelco crawler cranes
Knowledge of ground bearing pressures and crane setup
Ability to handle high-risk picks with precision and control
Familiarity with commercial or industrial construction sites
