Group Steel Erectors is actively hiring Ironworkers and Welders for an upcoming project in Midland, TX. We are looking for experienced, dependable hands ready to work and perform at a high level.


Project Details:

Location: Midland, TX

Duration: Approximately 4 Months

Start Date: April 20 – May 4 (rolling start)


Pay & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $30 – $34/hour (based on experience)

Per Diem: $700/week

Hours: 50–60+ hours per week (overtime expected)


Positions Needed:

Ironworkers (connectors, bolt-up, detail)

Welders (structural – SMAW/FCAW preferred)


Scope of Work:

Structural steel erection

Bolt-up and connecting

Field welding

General ironwork and detailing


Requirements:

Experience in structural steel / ironwork required

Ability to read blueprints and drawings

Must follow all safety requirements

Reliable transportation

Tools for trade preferred
