Group Steel Erectors is seeking an experienced Project Safety Professional for Project Pyramid located in West Memphis, AR. This position is critical to maintaining our strong safety culture and supporting field operations.


Project Details:

Location: West Memphis, AR

Project Duration: 4–9 Months

Start Date: End of May

Future Opportunities: Potential transfer to additional projects upon completion


Compensation:

Pay Rate: Starting at $43/hour (based on experience)

Per Diem: $800/week


Responsibilities:

Oversee and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures

Conduct daily safety audits, inspections, and reporting

Support field leadership with hazard identification and mitigation

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Assist with incident investigations and documentation

Promote a strong safety culture across all crews


Qualifications:

CHST Certification REQUIRED

Experience in steel erection / structural construction

Strong knowledge of fall protection, rigging, and jobsite safety practices

Ability to communicate effectively with field crews and management

Proven leadership and organizational skills
