Requirements:
•Minimum 5+ years of scheduling experience in industrial construction, with direct experience on Lump Sum (LS) projects
•Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including baseline development, resource loading, cost loading, and progress updates
•Proven experience developing and maintaining Level 3 and Level 4 schedules for LS/EPC projects
•Strong understanding of schedule-driven execution and the importance of maintaining baseline integrity on LS work
•Experience performing critical path analysis, float management, and schedule risk identification
Ability to develop and support recovery schedules and acceleration plans when required
•Experience integrating field productivity, earned progress, and change impacts into schedule updates
•Strong understanding of construction sequencing across civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and E&I disciplines
•Ability to work closely with project management and field supervision to validate durations, logic, and progress
•Experience preparing schedule narratives, lookaheads, and executive-level reporting
•Proficient in Excel and reporting tools

Preferred:

•Experience supporting claims, delay analysis, or time impact analysis (TIA)
•Familiarity with Primavera Risk Analysis or similar tools
•Field experience or strong constructability background

Compensation:

•$75/hour
•$125/day per diem
•Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours/week
