Requirements:
•3–5 years of project controls experience in industrial construction, with Lump Sum (LS) project experience required
•Strong experience with cost control, forecasting, and budget management on LS projects
•Ability to track and analyze earned vs. spent hours and identify productivity trends and risks
•Experience managing cost reporting, forecasting at completion, and variance analysis
•Familiarity with cost-loaded schedules and integration with P6 (preferred)
•Experience tracking and managing change orders, trends, and potential cost/schedule impacts
•Strong understanding of cost exposure and risk management in a fixed-price environment
•Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, cost tracking, data analysis)
•Experience supporting monthly reporting, cash flow projections, and executive summaries
•Ability to work with project managers, accounting, and field teams to ensure accurate reporting
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets and multiple cost codes
Preferred:
•Experience in EPC or self-perform industrial contractors
•Familiarity with ERP or cost management systems
•Understanding of productivity benchmarking and performance metrics
Compensation:
•$60/hour
•$125/day per diem
•Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours/week
