Job Responsibilities:

Wood framing of pole barns and barndominiums

Installation of sheet metal for building exteriors

Insulation installation for interior of metal buildings

Interior framing as required by end-user clients

Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry, especially in pole barns and barndominiums building construction

Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)

Strong understanding of construction safety practices

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation to job sites

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brownsburg, IN.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
