PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is seeking several experienced Electrical Foremen for an upcoming commercial project in Iowa. This is a high-visibility role with leadership responsibilities and strong earning potential through overtime and per diem.

Job Details
Location: Iowa
Pay Rate: $55-$60/hour (based on experience)
Per Diem: $135/day worked
Start Date: Estimated within 1-2 weels
Schedule: Full-time with heavy overtime available
Project Type: Commercial Electrical
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical crews on-site
Coordinate daily work activities and ensure project timelines are met
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
Ensure compliance with safety standards and job site protocols
Communicate with project managers and other trades
Requirements
Must hold a valid Iowa Electrical License OR a license from a reciprocal state
Prior experience as an Electrical Foreman or lead role
Strong commercial electrical background
Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity
Reliable transportation and tools

The hourly rate for this position is $55-60/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
