We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Duct Installers to join our team for commercial and/or industrial projects. This role involves installing HVAC duct systems, interpreting blueprints, and working efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards. This position will require a Coates Drug Screen to be completed prior to the start.
Hourly pay up to $34.00
$100.00 daily per diem

Working 48 hours to start then will ramp up to 56 hours
(At first will be 8 hours M-S and then 4-10,s and 2-8's)

Responsibilities:
Install rectangular and spiral ductwork for HVAC systems
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal duct systems
Install hangers, supports, dampers, and insulation
Seal joints and ensure proper airflow and system integrity
Work at heights using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
Follow all job site safety requirements and OSHA standards
Coordinate with foremen and other trades on site

Requirements:
2+ years of sheet metal / duct installation experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience with hand tools and power tools
Knowledge of HVAC systems and duct installation practices
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various conditions
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and team mentality

Preferred Qualifications:
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
