Responsibilities
* Install exterior siding, including vinyl, aluminum, and other materials, with precision and professionalism.
* Handle the installation of soffits, fascia, and eavestroughs accurately.
* Follow safety procedures while working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and company equipment.
* Communicate clearly with clients and Crew Chiefs to ensure project success.
* Help maintain team morale and support overall productivity.

Essential Skills
* 3+ years of experience in residential siding installation.
* Valid Working at Heights certification.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and putting in a full day's work.
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to job sites.
* Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding, etc.).
* Leadership mindset - motivated to improve and grow with the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Carpentry experience
* Roofing experience
* Window/door installation experience.
* Experience in exterior renovation/handyman work (Soffit & fascia, deck building, exterior trim, minor framing).
* Sheet metal installation experience.
