NOW HIRING: FLUX CORE / MIG WELDERS (TANK FABRICATION)

Tradesmen is hiring highly skilled welders focused on industrial water-holding tank fabrication. This is precision, high-quality welding—not production work.

Pay & Per Diem: $37/hr (10+ yrs experience)

Per Diem: $125/days worked

Schedule & Duration: 40–50 hours/week; 8+ month project with long-term potential

What You’ll Do: Fabricate and assemble water-holding tanks Perform MIG & Flux Core welding on heavy plate Read blueprints and welding symbols Execute precise fit-up, prep, and clean welds

Requirements: 5+ years Flux Core & MIG (tank, vessel, or heavy structural) Strong bead quality, heat control, and fit-up skills Tank/pressure vessel experience strongly preferred
