We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 7‑month large‑scale mining project in Northern Nevada operating on a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation.
This role is ideal for traveling operators and road crews looking for long rotations, consistent overtime, and strong weekly earnings.
What You Get
21 days on / 7 days off rotation
12‑hour shifts (days & nights)
84+ hours per week typical
Company‑provided housing or subsistence
$35 per day per diem
6 hours paid rotational travel per rotation
Project‑based work with steady production schedules
Pay
$35/hour + overtime
Typical earnings: $3,200–$3,600+ per week, based on hours worked
Plus paid rotational travel time
Equipment Operators with experience on:
Dozers (D6–D10)
Excavators (20T–90T)
Rock Trucks (40T–100T)
Graders (14M–16M)
Requirements
3+ years operating experience in mining or heavy civil
Experience with haul roads, pads, or large earthworks preferred
MSHA Part 48 (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work extended rotations in remote locations
