Superior Skilled Trades is seeking I&C Electricians for an immediate start in Fremont, CA!

WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME --- PER DIEM

Day shift & Night shift availability!

PAY: $43-$52/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $100/day for days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 12-hour workdays, 6-7 days per week (60+ hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Saturday; 4:00am - 4:00pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3+ months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented I&C Electrician to support the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems in an industrial environment. This role is ideal for a technician with a strong electrical background and experience working with automated systems and process controls.

Key Responsibilities:
--Install, wire, and terminate instrumentation and control systems
--Calibrate and maintain field instruments such as transmitters, sensors, control valves, and analyzers
--Troubleshoot and repair electrical and control system issues
--Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and technical drawings
--Perform loop checks, functional testing, and system commissioning support
--Work with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for diagnostics and support (as applicable)
--Ensure proper installation and operation of control panels, junction boxes, and field devices
--Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and permit-to-work systems
--Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including redlines and test records
--Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other trades to ensure system functionality

Qualifications:
--3+ years of experience as an I&C Technician or Electrician in an industrial setting preferred
--OSHA 10 Required
--Strong understanding of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical systems
--Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and industrial automation systems is a plus
--Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
--Knowledge of calibration procedures and testing equipment
--Familiarity with NEC and industrial safety standards
--Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
--Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:
--Ability to lift 50+ lbs
--Frequent standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in industrial environments
--Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
