Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Commercial Electricians for an immediate start in Fremont, CA!

WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME --- PER DIEM

PAY: $40-50/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $100/day for days worked (if outside 60 miles of job site)
HOURS: Shifts will be 12-hour workdays, 6+ days per week (60+ hours/week)
SCHEDULE: 4AM - 4PM or 4PM - 4AM
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3+ months

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Electricians to join our team in commercial and industrial environments. This role is ideal for electricians with hands-on experience pulling wire, installing fixtures, and working safely on active job sites. Candidates who are comfortable working in commercial or industrial settings and have a strong work ethic will be successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
--Pull, route, and terminate electrical wire and cable systems
--Install lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, panels, and electrical devices
--Assist with electrical rough-in and finish work on commercial and industrial projects
--Read and interpret basic blueprints, layouts, and electrical drawings
--Bend and install conduit as needed
--Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems when required
--Maintain compliance with safety regulations and job site procedures
--Work collaboratively with foremen, project managers, and other trades

Qualifications:
--Experience working in commercial and/or industrial electrical environments
--3+ years of experience
--OSHA 10 Required (or be willing to get)
--Ability to pull wire and install electrical fixtures efficiently
--Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials
--Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
--Strong attention to safety and detail
--Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
--Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions

--Must be eligible to work in the United States
--Must have reliable transportation to the job site
