NO LICENSE REQUIRED HEAVY FAB WELDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Weekly start dates available start as early as next Monday!
We are hiring for a long-term industrial fabrication project with high hours, steady work, and strong per diem.
OPEN POSITIONS:
4 Sub Arc Welders
Pay: $30$33/hour (DOE)
Must have 2+ years Sub Arc Welding (SAW) in heavy fabrication
8 Welder Helpers / UT Fit-Up
Pay: $25+/hour (DOE)
Must have 2+ years heavy fabrication experience OR related schooling PROJECT DETAILS:
Location: Wyoming
Duration: 3+ months (likely long-term)
Schedule: 60+ hours/week (heavy OT available)
Shifts: Primarily Night Shift (6PM6AM)
Limited Day Shift spots for top candidates
Per Diem: $125/day (days worked)
Start Dates: New orientations every Monday
WELDER SCOPE (SUB ARC):
Sub Arc Welding (SAW): Long Seam, Flange Seam, Circular
Read and interpret blueprints & production drawings
Operate manual & automated welding equipment
Welding processes include:
SAW, FCAW, GMAW, SMAW
Grinding, joint prep, weld repairs
Perform quality inspections & corrections
Equipment setup & daily maintenance
Preferred (NOT required):
Ability to pass 3G Flux Core 1 weld test
Crane certification (plus, not required)
WELDER HELPER / FIT-UP SCOPE:
Grinding, sanding, and weld repairs (MIG/Root welding)
Assist with fit-up and fabrication
Work on fragile welds (attention to detail required)
Replenish consumables (wire, tips, nozzles, rollers)
Perform equipment checks & minor maintenance
Read and follow work instructions
PHYSICAL / WORK CONDITIONS (ALL ROLES):
Work 60+ hours/week including weekends
Operate grinders up to 4 hours/day
Lift up to 75 lbs
Stand/walk for extended periods
Work on uneven surfaces, stairs, ladders
Work around industrial chemicals
Wear PPE including respirator or fresh air hood
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2+ years experience in heavy fabrication
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must pass:
Welding skills assessment (for welders)
Reading / math / comprehension testing
Comfortable working OT + weekend shifts
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Week 1: Orientation, safety training, on-the-job training

Possible crane certification training (case by case)

Must pass all pre-employment testing before start
