STRUCTURE RESOURCES IS SEEKING HIGH-PERFORMING, FULL TIME OPERATOR FOR A HIGH-PROFILE PROJECT IN THE MIDLAND/ODESSA AREA OF TEXAS. START DATE AS SOON AS 5/4/2026.

Compensation/ Per Diem:

$30-40/HR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
$125 PER DIEM
$300 REFERRAL BONUS FOR EACH REFERRAL

Other Information:

50-60 HOURS A WEEK

Requirements:

5+ years of operator experience
Ability to coordinate work and keep projects on schedule
Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug/Alcohol screening
Ability to pass a background check
