Title:             Gas Turbine Mechanical Lead

Job Summary:
NAES is seeking an experienced Mechanical Lead to support the installation, commissioning, and startup of mobile gas turbine units (GE TM2500 and P&W FT8) for a fast-track data center power project. This role will oversee mechanical field execution and support safe, efficient startup. Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Lead mechanical installation and assembly of gas turbine and auxiliary systems
•    Oversee mechanical completion, inspections, and punch list resolution
•    Coordinate daily field activities with electrical and I&C teams
•    Support pre-commissioning and startup activities, including troubleshooting
•    Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, and site requirements
•    Interface with OEMs, contractors, and site leadership

Job Requirements:
•    8+ years of mechanical experience in power generation or industrial projects
•    Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required
•    Ability to mobilize quickly and work a flexible schedule, including day or night shifts and up to 72 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 7 days/week)
•    Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, piping, and mechanical systems
•    Proven field leadership experience in fast-paced environments
