Title:             Gas Turbine Mechanical Technician

Job Summary:
NAES is seeking Mechanical Technicians to support installation, commissioning, and startup of mobile gas turbine units (GE TM2500 and P&W FT8) for a data center power project. Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Perform mechanical installation and assembly of equipment 
•    Assist with inspections, testing, and mechanical completion 
•    Support startup and troubleshooting activities 
•    Follow safety procedures and site requirements 
•    Work closely with leads and other disciplines 

Job Requirements:
•    5+ years of mechanical experience in power generation or industrial projects 
•    Hands-on experience with aero-derivative gas turbines (TM2500, FT8, LM2500, LM6000, or similar) is required 
•    Ability to mobilize quickly and work a flexible schedule, including day or night shifts and up to 72 hours per week (12-hour shifts, 7 days/week) 
•    Strong hands-on field experience
