Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead multi-family and hotel projects. This role is focused on driving field operations, keeping projects on track, and leading crews to successful completion.
What You’ll Do
Lead day-to-day electrical construction activities on site
Supervise crews and subcontractors (8–10 workers)
Coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow
Ensure work meets code, safety, and quality standards
Communicate with project teams and keep progress moving
Handle field issues and keep projects running efficiently
What You Bring
4+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
Background in multi-family or hospitality projects
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read prints and manage field execution
Willingness to travel for future work
The hourly rate for this position is $50-50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
