Skillforce is hiring experienced Toolmakers with a strong background in aluminum high pressure die casting (HPDC) for a production facility outside of Milwaukee, WI. This role focuses on keeping dies running at peak performance through repair, revision, and continuous improvement.

Shift Options:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Travel & Per Diem:

$178/day per diem (7 days/week = $1,246 weekly)
Travel home every 2 weeks (or as needed)
Paid travel time at your regular hourly rate
Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile (personal vehicle)
Flights provided if needed + rental car and fuel reimbursed

Responsibilities:

Repair and rework aluminum die casting tools using prints and models
Machine components using CNC equipment, mills, lathes, and grinders
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and repair worn or damaged tooling
Work with engineering on tooling improvements (cycle time and quality)
