Tradesmen International is seeking highly skilled Flux Core and MIG Welders for industrial water-holding tank fabrication. This is precision, high-quality welding—not production work.

Pay & Per Diem
$37/hour (for candidates with 10+ years of experience)
$125 per diem (days worked)

Schedule & Duration
40–50 hours per week
8+ month project with long-term potential
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate and assemble water-holding tanks
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on heavy plate
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Execute precise fit-up, prep, and clean welds

Requirements
5+ years of Flux Core & MIG welding experience (Heavy flux core exp)
Tank, pressure vessel, or heavy structural preferred
Strong bead quality, heat control, and fit-up skills
Tank or pressure vessel experience strongly preferred
