Heavy Equipment Operators (HEO)

Pay up to $35, housing provided, per diem $50

Must have extensive experience operating mini excavators around live utilities
Strong precision skills required
Experience with Bobcat E35 preferred (95% familiarity expected)

Horizontal Directional Drillers

Experience operating Vermeer or Ditch Witch drills preferred
Ability to meet production expectations:
Typical range: 800 ft – 15,000 ft per day
Must be able to:
Verify and adapt to varying ground conditions
Track and report production (feet drilled, pulls completed, etc.)

Locators (High Skill Level Required)

Must have experience in drilling, locating, and operating equipment
Strong math and calculation skills required
Experience with Subsite and/or Falcon locating systems preferred
Key responsibilities:
Guide drillers in real time (depth, direction, pitch, rotation)
Act as the “eyes and ears” of the operation
Work in trenches, ditches, and variable terrain
Communicate precise instructions to ensure safe and accurate drilling
