Seeking experienced Superintendents for multiple openings across the region, including projects in Wyoming, with compensation, per diem, and living subsistence varying by location and project scope. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of field operations, including maintaining and updating CPM schedules, identifying and mitigating schedule risks, coordinating procurement to meet project timelines, and ensuring adherence to contract terms. The Superintendent oversees site execution, subcontractor performance, QA/QC processes, safety compliance, and daily reporting (including use of Procore), while leading safety meetings, inspections, and incident documentation. Additional responsibilities include interpreting plans and specifications, managing budgets and production for self-perform work, and driving overall project completion through effective field coordination and communication with project teams and stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 7 to 10 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor, strong proficiency in Procore, Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam, and demonstrated expertise in scheduling, safety, and field leadership, along with the ability to travel regionally and contribute to team development through coaching and performance management.
