KT Black is seeking an experienced, high-level Project Engineer for a large-scale, long term, high-profile project in Michigan City, Indiana. This position requires 60+ hours per week to support ongoing onsite operations, including submittals, RFI management, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
Key Requirements & Experience
Must have verifiable experience with R5's, ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), and Pro Core.
Must have experience with Google Job (or equivalent cloud-based project management platforms).
2+ years of Project Engineer or similar experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Ability to read and understand project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to liaison between subcontractors and superintendents.

Responsibilities
Document Control: Administering RFI and submittal processes using Pro Core and ACC.
Scheduling: Assisting with the development and updates of project schedules.
Field Support: Conducting site walkthroughs to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Closeout: Initiating and managing project closeout documents.
Financials: Assisting with job-to-date cost tracking and change orders.

Per Diem: $150.00 daily per diem
Hours: 60 hours/week, 6 days.
