Skillforce is currently hiring Blade Repair Technicians for wind turbine projects throughout TX, NM, and AZ. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering steady work, overtime potential, company-provided lodging, and daily meal per diem.

Blade Repair Technicians will perform fiberglass and composite repairs on wind turbine blades while supporting inspections, maintenance, and repair operations on active wind sites. Candidates should be comfortable working at heights, traveling regularly, and working in outdoor environments.

Job Details:

Pay: $30-$35/hr based on experience
Schedule: Up to 60 hours/week
Per Diem: $46/day meals
Lodging provided by company
Travel required throughout TX, NM, and AZ

Responsibilities:

Perform fiberglass and composite blade repairs
Assist with blade inspections and damage assessments
Prepare surfaces and apply repair materials
Mix resins and follow repair specifications
Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
Support lead technicians and work within a team environment
Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment

Requirements:

1-3 years of blade repair or composite experience preferred
Ability to travel consistently for projects
Ability to work extended hours up to 60/week
Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Must pass drug screen, background check, and MVR
