Trillium Construction is seeking Millwright Helpers near Maidsville, WV to support shutdown crews with mechanical labor, flange breakout, bolt removal, material handling, and general maintenance support.

Pay -
Nights: Up to $32
Days: Up to $30
Per Diem: $140 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sun, 80h+ / week

Qualifications
• Industrial mechanical helper or maintenance support experience

Experience with:
o Bolt breaking
o Flange work
o Gasket prep/replacement
o Hand tools and impacts

• Comfortable assisting millwrights and welders in active shutdown environments
• Able to lift, carry, clean, and perform physically demanding work
Preferred:
• Prior outage/shutdown experience
• Torch experience is a plus
• Experience in heavy industrial facilities
