Overview:

Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented field leader who can act as the onsite “go-to” person for finishing and closeout activities. Someone resourceful, solutions-oriented, and capable of keeping the project moving during the final phases of construction.
Ideal candidate is someone who can walk a project independently, identify deficiencies, coordinate small labor efforts, solve field issues quickly, and help manage punch list and warranty-related items after site turnover.

Responsibilities:

Walk completed and active project areas to identify finish quality issues and punch list items

Coordinate and manage small labor crews and finishing activities onsite

Assist with project closeout, turnover, and warranty support activities

Proactively solve day-to-day field issues that slow project progress

Support fit-and-finish efforts throughout the facility

Coordinate small material or equipment needs as necessary to keep work progressing

Assist with documenting field conditions, incidents, and project deficiencies

Take site photos and communicate field updates to project leadership

Act as onsite eyes and ears for the management team during final project phases

Maintain safe, organized, and professional jobsite conditions
