Lead Staffing is hiring experienced Foreman, Millwrights, Telehandler Lull operator team members for a commercial PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) project in the Abilene, Texas area. We are looking for hands-on leaders and skilled crew members with experience erecting metal buildings, detailing, installing sheet metal/IMP panels, and wall systems.

Responsibilities
Erect PEMB/pre-engineered metal buildings
Install IMP panels, sheet metal, and wall systems
Read and work from prints/layouts
Lead crews and maintain jobsite productivity
Operate around heavy equipment and aerial equipment safely
Work in fast-paced commercial construction environments

Requirements
OSHA 10 Certification REQUIRED
Experience with PEMB or Butler Buildings preferred
Millwright or steel erection background is a plus
Familiarity with SkyTrak equipment preferred
Must have tools, PPE, and reliable transportation
Must be dependable and safety-focused
