Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Heavy Bid.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
Monitor construction progress on-site, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, and specifications.
Manage procurement processes including construction estimating and contract negotiations.
Oversee the review of blueprints, schematics, and civil 3D models to facilitate accurate execution.
Track project milestones and adjust schedules proactively to mitigate delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, change orders, and contractual agreements.
Utilize construction site experience to troubleshoot issues promptly and implement solutions efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management or related roles with demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Primavera; familiarity with Heavy Bid is preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and blueprint reading.
Experience with civil 3D design software and schematics interpretation.
Familiarity with contracts management and legal aspects of construction projects.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
Ability to utilize construction management software for project coordination and reporting.
