Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scaffold and Insulation Superintendent to lead our construction teams in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality scaffold and insulation solutions on diverse projects. As a key leader, you will oversee all aspects of scaffold and insulation installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and budget parameters. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project success from planning through completion, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.


Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise scaffold and insulation crews on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and project schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, and clients to develop detailed work plans, schedules

Oversee the installation of insulation materials and scaffolding structures.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress; address issues promptly to minimize delays.

Manage procurement of materials and equipment.

Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure scope accuracy and contractual compliance.

Supervise subcontractors and labor teams; provide mentorship on best practices in construction management.


Requirements:

Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on scaffold installation and insulation projects.

Strong knowledge of construction management.

Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to scaffolding work and insulation installation; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Supervising experience managing teams in fast-paced construction settings; excellent management skills with the ability to motivate teams effectively.

Strong understanding of construction estimating processes for materials procurement; experience with contracts and project budgeting is preferred.
