Group Steel Erectors is seeking an experienced Project Safety Manager for a large ongoing project in West Memphis, AR.

Requirements:

CHST Certification Required

Structural Steel Erection Experience Required

Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety procedures

Ability to work directly with field supervision, crews, and subcontractors

Experience with daily audits, inspections, JSAs, toolbox talks, and incident prevention

Project Details:

Potential for Long-Term / Permanent Position

Pay: $45 to $50/Hour

Per Diem: $800/Week

Responsibilities:

Manage daily site safety operations

Conduct safety orientations and inspections

Ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards

Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions

Maintain safety documentation and reporting

Promote a strong safety culture on site
