Workify Staffing is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career growth.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate construction projects ranging from new facility builds to renovations and expansions. You'll collaborate closely with project teams, field personnel, and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion
*Develop project schedules, assignments, and team responsibilities
*Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources
*Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes
*Conduct pre-construction planning meetings and track action items
*Review and maintain project schedules aligned with master timelines
*Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to maintain cash flow
*Oversee subcontractor agreements and equipment procurement
*Analyze project costs and provide end-of-contract financial reporting
*Resolve issues involving clients, vendors, and subcontractors
*Perform job site visits, inspections, and progress evaluations
*Communicate project updates, risks, and key issues to management
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required
*2 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing construction projects
*Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams
*Confident presenter capable of conveying ideas clearly to stakeholders and leadership
*Driven self-starter who takes initiative and approaches challenges with a solutions-focused mindset
