Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Low Voltage Technicians for an immediate start in Sparks, NV!

WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME

PAY: $28-$35/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $90/day for days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 6 days per week (60 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Saturday
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 3+ months

Description:
We are seeking experienced Low Voltage Technicians to support controls closeout activities on commercial and industrial projects. This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on experience working with low voltage systems, controls wiring, device terminations, troubleshooting, and final commissioning support.

Technicians will assist with completing project punch lists, verifying system functionality, organizing and labeling wiring, and ensuring controls systems are ready for turnover.

Responsibilities:
--Assist with controls closeout and final project completion activities
--Pull, route, terminate, and label low voltage cabling
--Install and troubleshoot control devices, sensors, panels, and associated components
--Verify wiring against prints and schematics
--Perform point-to-point checks and basic system testing
--Support commissioning teams and project managers with final corrections and punch list items
--Maintain clean and organized work areas
--Follow all site safety requirements and company procedures

Qualifications:
--Previous experience as a Low Voltage Technician, Controls Technician, or similar role
--OSHA 10-hour Construction required (or be willing to get)
--Experience working in commercial and/or industrial environments
--Familiarity with controls systems, BAS/BMS systems, HVAC controls, or automation systems preferred
--Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
--Experience with cable termination, troubleshooting, and device installation
--Basic hand tools and reliable transportation required
