Direct-hire opening for a Structured Cabling Installer / Technician in Boca Raton, FL - Must be local or willing to relocate to the Boca Raton area. Relocation assistance is available.

Role highlights

What we’re looking for
• 3+ years structured cabling experience (commercial/industrial/data center environments preferred)
• Advanced copper cabling install + terminations/testing; rack build-outs; backbone cabling/supports
• Ability to lead small scopes, mentor junior installers, and communicate professionally on jobsites
• BICSI Installer 2 (Copper) strongly preferred (or open to obtaining if approved)
• Comfortable with field work/heights; lift cert is a plus; basic fiber exposure helpful
