Data Center Laborer
Pay: $25/hour + $100/day per diem (7 days/week)

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Data Center Cubical Laborers to support construction and installation activities within a fast-paced data center environment. This role involves assisting with the setup, assembly, and organization of cubicle systems, racks, and infrastructure components. Ideal candidates will be safety-focused, reliable, and able to handle physically demanding work.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation and assembly of data center cubicles, racks, and containment systems
Load, unload, and move materials within the job site
Support technicians and lead installers in daily tasks
Use basic hand and power tools as directed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all site safety protocols and PPE requirements
Assist with cable routing, staging, and material prep (as needed)
Perform general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications

Previous construction, general labor, or data center experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic familiarity with hand tools
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)

Compensation & Benefits

$25/hour base pay
