Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Pay: Up to $50/hour + OT
Schedule: 60–68 hours/week
Per Diem: $178/day (paid 7 days/week)

🔹 Overview
We are hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians to support a large-scale data center construction project. This is a high-hours, high-earning opportunity working on a fast-paced job site.

🔹 Requirements

Must have an active Journeyman Electrician license
License must be from an Iowa reciprocal state, including:
Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
Must be able to transfer or obtain Iowa licensing prior to start
OSHA 10 required
Experience in commercial, industrial, or data center environments preferred

🔹 Job Details

Run and bend conduit (EMT/Rigid)
Pull wire and perform terminations
Install panels, switchgear, and electrical systems
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Troubleshoot electrical systems on-site
Work alongside other trades to complete project phases
Follow all safety standards and site requirements

🔹 Work Environment

60+ hour work weeks available
Commercial/data center construction environment
Indoor and outdoor work depending on phase
PPE required
