We're hiring PEMB steel building erectors for a year long project in Abilene, TX.

Pay is $24-$30/hr DOE plus per diem - $115/day

Schedule: Mon - Fri 7-5 with a 45-minute lunch, Sat 7-3:30 and occasional Sundays if needed (4 hours, no double pay)

We're hiring experienced hands for metal building erection crews. If you've put up Butler Buildings, hung IMP panels, or done millwright/industrial installs, we want to talk.

What you'll be doing:

Erecting pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) start to finish
Installing insulated metal panels (IMP), wall systems, and structural steel
Running hand tools, power tools, lifts, and rigging

You need to have:

Real hands-on PEMB, IMP, or Butler Building install experience
Ability to read drawings and work from specs
Comfort working at heights and in busy construction environments
A solid safety record
The ability to show up, work hard, and keep pace without constant supervision

Big plus if you have:

Foreman or lead experience

This is NOT an entry-level position. Don't apply if you've never been on a metal building crew.
