Project Superintendent – Mining Construction

Location: Winnemucca, NV
Pay: $42-$47/hour DOE / $110/day Per Diem (Paid 7 Days/Week)
Schedule: Minimum 50 Hours Per Week + Overtime After 40

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction activities at an active mining operation in Winnemucca, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial process plant construction, with mining experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multiple craft disciplines on a mining construction project
Oversee safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance
Manage field supervision teams, including General Foremen and Foremen
Participate in client meetings and maintain professional project communication
Support scheduling, manpower planning, material procurement, and equipment coordination
Monitor production metrics and ensure project goals are achieved
Enforce company safety policies and maintain project documentation
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to ensure successful execution
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain project schedules
Lead project meetings and maintain communication with project management and mine site personnel
Requirements
Previous experience as a Craft Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Superintendent
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience with industrial process plant construction
Mining construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Proficient with construction software and technology
Strong understanding of scheduling, production tracking, and resource planning
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel or relocate as required
