We are seeking an experienced Road Tech / Equipment Operator with hands-on experience operating bulldozers, excavators, and rock trucks in heavy civil, mining, or construction environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating equipment, performing daily inspections, assisting with basic maintenance and troubleshooting, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Candidates should be able to read grade stakes, follow site plans, work in varying weather conditions, and maintain a strong commitment to safety. Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug screen, and have a proven track record of operating heavy equipment in a productive and professional manner.
