PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring dependable and hardworking Electrical Helpers to support electrical contractors on active construction projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who is ready to work hands-on, assist experienced tradespeople, and gain valuable field experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist electricians, foremen, and superintendents with day-to-day job site tasks
Perform basic electrical contractor support duties
Lift, carry, and move materials, tools, and equipment
Assist with digging, trenching, excavating, and site preparation
Use hand and power tools for sawing, drilling, cutting, and related tasks
Perform cleanup and help maintain a safe, organized work area
Climb ladders and work in outdoor job site conditions as needed
Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Support more experienced employees with general labor and electrical support tasks

Qualifications:
Previous construction or electrical helper experience preferred
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, digging, climbing, and trenching
Comfortable working outdoors and in active construction environments
Basic hand and power tool knowledge preferred
Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow directions
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Must have required PPE and be ready to work
