PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring Low-Voltage Electrical Workers in Paulding, OH. We are looking for one experienced low-voltage/electrical worker to help lead the assigned scope, along with two additional workers who are dependable, safety-minded, and able to take direction on the job site.

Pay:$28-$35
Per diem: $120/days worked

This is a great opportunity for workers with low-voltage, electrical, controls, or commercial construction experience who are comfortable pulling cable, mounting devices, and assisting with terminations.

Job Title: Low-Voltage Electrical Worker

Location: Paulding, OH
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Full-time project-based work
Hiring: 1 experienced low-voltage/electrical worker and 2 helpers

Job Responsibilities

As a Low-Voltage Electrical Worker, you will support the installation of low-voltage systems and electrical control devices on a commercial project.

Responsibilities may include:

Running low-voltage cable efficiently and safely

Mounting and securing cable properly according to job specifications

Installing devices such as VAVs, relays, thermostats, and related controls

Terminating cable at devices

Assisting with layout, staging, and material handling

Following direction from the lead worker, foreman, or supervisor

Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Following all site safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Previous low-voltage, electrical, controls, or commercial construction experience preferred

Strong low-voltage/electrical experience required for lead-level candidate

Ability to take direction and work safely for helper-level candidates

Experience pulling, mounting, and terminating low-voltage cable is a plus

Experience with VAVs, relays, thermostats, or building controls is preferred

Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team

Must have proper PPE and basic tools as required

Ability to lift, carry, bend, climb, and work on your feet throughout the shift

The hourly rate for this position is $28-$35/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
