Technical & Mechanical Skills

Conduit & Raceway Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in complex conduit bending (EMT, Rigid, etc.).
Ownership of an EMT bender is a strong plus.

Blueprint & Schematic Interpretation:
Demonstrated ability to accurately read, interpret, and execute work from electrical blueprints and construction documents.

Circuit & Wire Phasing:
Solid foundational knowledge of standard commercial and industrial color-coding/phasing (e.g., $120/208 ext{V}$ Black/Red/Blue/White and $277/480V Brown/Orange/Yellow/Gray).

Fully Tooled:
Must possess a complete set of professional hand tools and essential power tools required for daily commercial electrical work.

Code Compliance:
"Strong working knowledge of current National Electrical Code (NEC/NFPA 70) standards."

Safety Standards:
"Commitment to strict jobsite safety standards, OSHA regulations, and proper PPE compliance."

Troubleshooting: "Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for circuitry and control systems.
