We are seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager with Primavera P6 experience to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical construction projects across the Midwest. This role requires travel, with per diem included, and offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as data centers (including Microsoft and Lighthouse), utility-scale solar projects, battery storage sites, and power plants. Solar projects are typically located in Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Indiana, and occasionally South Dakota and North Dakota, ranging from 100–400 MW (primarily around 200 MW) with durations of 12–16 months. Battery storage projects are smaller, 10-person jobs lasting approximately 12–14 weeks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, along with experience supporting schedules, budgets, and field operations.
