Rock Island Construction is seeking experienced carpenters for a long-term project in Turkey, Texas.

This is a direct-hire position on a project expected to last approximately three years. Housing assistance, room and board, and/or per diem opportunities are available depending on experience and assignment.

Requirements:
Commercial construction experience required
Ability to work a minimum 60-hour work week
Ability to read plans and perform layout work
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Preferred Experience:
Commercial carpentry
Metal building (PEMB) construction
Equipment operation
Concrete and site construction experience
