NICET Fire Sprinkler Designer


Location: Cleveland, TN (Relocation Assistance Available)

Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000


Responsibilities

Design fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial projects.

Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Review AutoCAD files and develop complete sprinkler system layouts.

Perform hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing, and sprinkler head layouts.

Ensure designs meet NFPA standards and local fire codes.

Coordinate with contractors, project teams, and local fire officials.

Review drawings prior to installation.

Conduct occasional site visits as required.


Qualifications

Experience designing fire sprinkler systems.

NICET certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus.

Strong understanding of NFPA 13 and fire protection codes.

Experience performing hydraulic calculations and system layouts.


Open to relocating to Cleveland, TN.
