WEEKLY PAY --- OVERTIME --- PER DIEM

PAY: $35-$37/hour (based upon experience)
PER DIEM: $90/day for days worked
HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 5-6 days per week (50-60 hours/week)
SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Saturday; 6:00am - 4:30pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 6+ months

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join our team for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience and be proficient in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in commercial environments. Candidates must possess an OSHA 10 Construction certification or be willing to obtain one prior to starting work.

Responsibilities:
--Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems and equipment.
--Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction drawings.
--Measure, cut, bend, and install EMT, RMC, IMC, and PVC conduit.
--Pull wire and cable through conduit systems.
--Install panels, switchgear, lighting systems, receptacles, and electrical devices.
--Perform terminations and connections according to electrical codes and project specifications.
--Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions.
--Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
--Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
--Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:
--Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
--OSHA 10 Construction certification required or willingness to obtain before starting.
--Strong conduit bending skills, including EMT and rigid conduit.
--Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical drawings.
--Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
--Experience with installation of lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
--Proficient with electrical hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
--Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
--Reliable transportation and ability to report to the job site daily.
--Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required.

Preferred Qualifications:
--Journeyman Electrician License (preferred).
--Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects.
--Experience operating scissor lifts or boom lifts.

Physical Requirements:
--Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
--Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions.
--Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as required.
