Commercial Electricians - Prevailing Wage / No Per Diem

Workify Staffing is looking for a Journeyman Electrician for an industrial project in the Phoenix, AZ area!
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to take on meaningful industrial work in Phoenix, supporting critical electrical systems from installation through commissioning in a demanding, high-standards environment. If you bring 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience and the skills to work independently on complex electrical scopes , we want to hear from you.

Pay: Prevailing Wage: $36.56/hr + $15.16 Fringe

Shift/Schedule: Mon-Fri 4:30am start time - 12 hour days

Responsibilities
-Perform installations, startups, troubleshooting, commissioning, and preventative maintenance for electrical systems in accordance with project drawings and applicable codes.
-Execute First Time Energization (FTE), switching, AutoLOTO, load bank connections/removals, and more.
-Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, schematics, and installation plans; lay out conduit, cable tray, and devices per project requirements.
-Follow approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and all safety protocols including LOTO compliance; maintain accurate work records and service documentation throughout the project.
-Diagnose electrical issues, respond to service calls, conduct acceptance testing, and recommend system improvements as needed.
-Support and mentor apprentices; coordinate effectively with Foremen, Superintendents, project management, and clients to keep work on schedule.

Qualifications
-Journeyman Electrician license with 7+ years of commercial/industrial experience and ideally a completed apprenticeship.
-Familiarity with heavy industrial systems, transfer schemes, switchgear, controllers, and pneumatic/electrical process controls.
-Proficient reading blueprints, one-line diagrams, risers, and electrical schematics; skilled with conduit bending tools, cable tray layout, and device trim.
-OSHA 10, Scissor Lift Certification, and LOTO certification required.
-Must be 18+ and able to pass a 10-panel lab drug screen and background check prior to placement.
-Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently in a demanding industrial environment including confined spaces, elevated platforms, and outdoor conditions.
