Schools Scope of work: Installation, fabrication, assembly, support & testing of mechanical piping systems for new school construction project. Layout of pipe from reading & interpreting prints & schematics. Cutting, threading, bending, welding or joining as required. Installation of hangers, supports, valves, fittings, & related appurtenances & connection of piping to equipment & fixtures. Co-ordinate with other trades: HVAC - fire protection -plumbing. Maintain project schedule. Perform pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and system start-up support as required. Maintain a clean & safe work area. Comply with all applicable construction codes. Comply with School site requirements.
Project duration: 3-4 months
OSHA 10 required.

Mitsubishi scope of work: Installation & fabrication of carbon and steel pipe. Fits & aligns, assembles piping systems. Performs MIG/TIG/SMAW welding on carbon steel pipe joints to code. Reads & interprets blueprints, measures & cuts pipe. Install supports, inspects welds for quality & leak-tightness. Must have ability to work at heights & confined spaces. Must understand and work in compliance of ASME/API codes.
Project duration: 3-4 months
OSHA 10 required
Welding Certifications are required

Working hours for all projects: 50-60 hrs per week
Start date for all projects: July 13, 2026
