Hiring Level I QC Rebar Inspector
Rebar experience required
$40 hour

Position Responsibilities

- This role involves inspecting rebar bends and radius
- Verifying shear cut lengths
- Transferring heat numbers for material traceability
- Inspecting threaded rebar

Required Qualifications

-5 years of experience inspecting rebar, reinforcing steel, or fabricated steel products
- Candidate should be comfortable using tape measures, protractors,
carpenters squares, radius templates, thread gauges,
and Go/No-Go gauges
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection procedures
-Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
-Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems
-Quality assurance or quality control background
-Familiarity with ASME, NQA-1, or related quality standards
-Experience with dimensional inspection tools and measuring equipment
-People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply

Experience:

-Quality Control: Min 3 years (Preferred)
-Rebar Installation: Min 3 years (Preferred)
-Work Location: In person - Charlotte, NC
-Per Diem if eligible
