Pay: $37 - $45/hr. plus $170/day per diem for travelers
Summary:
LEAD Staffing is currently looking for an Electrical Lead for our client in Saginaw County, MI to support a major solar construction project. This project is scheduled to go for 6+ months, 5 days/week, 10-hour shifts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced field supervisor to own electrical scope on a large-scale solar build. This is a CONTRACT role that is available immediately.

Responsibilities:
� Oversee electrical scope on site, supervising the Union Electrical General Foreman and associated electrical craft
� Coordinate wiring, grounding, and electrical installation work with construction management and QA/QC to keep pace with project milestones
� Ensure electrical work aligns with NEC and engineering specs
� Coordinate directly with union electrical labor and leadership on staffing and sequencing
� Support milestone tracking with construction management and QA/QC

Qualifications:
� 5+ years electrical construction supervision experience, ideally utility-scale
� Experience supervising union electrical craft and working directly with a General Foreman
� Strong working knowledge of NEC and electrical installation specs
� Solar construction experience strongly preferred
� Experience working alongside union representation on a mixed-labor site is required
